Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Bridal Room. The website is operated by Dawn Jewellery (HK) Limited. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dawn Jewellery on this website. Dawn Jewellery presents this website and online shop Bridal Room, including all information, tools and services available from this website, to the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions and policies stated here. The use of this site constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Methods
Purchase and order of items at Bridal Room is required to pay in full.
At this moment, we accept the following payment methods:
We accept online payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Union Pay.
Order Processing
Before proceeding, be sure to double check to make sure that all items, prices, shipping, etc. have been configured correctly. Please make sure the size configuration of selected items is correct.
Once you have submitted your purchase and order using Bridal Room, an automatic email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided acknowledging receipt of the purchased and ordered product.
Once the order is confirmed, production will begin. No changes are permitted, and payment is non-refundable. Orders can be cancelled but refunds will not be offered. For double ordering, we may arrange for a refund, please contact us at cs@dawnjewellery.com.
Product Information
Please ensure the products you purchase are compatible for the intended use.
Products available on this website contain metal components such as silver and rhodium, please ensure you acknowledge the characteristics of the materials of the item you are about to purchase. Jewellery sold at Bridal Room is made to order and handmade, the differences in craftsmanship result in unique effects, and shall not be considered defects.
Change of colour and tarnishing for silver products is normal due to the metal characteristics. If needed, you may purchase maintenance kits from us.

Shipping and Pickup
We have entrusted UPS and SF Express as the carriers for product delivery. We offer free shipping for local purchases. For international purchases, a follow-up email with tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided when the products are shipped. Shipping will normally take 3-5 business days.
Please make sure the address you provided is correct. If you provide incorrect delivery information which leads to an unsuccessful delivery, please contact the carrier. We do not bear the responsibility of unsuccessful delivery or any risks during delivery.
Ordering items not in stock will take around 2-3 months. We will send the customer an email once the item arrives. If the item was not collected within one year of the collection notification, the order will be cancelled. The item will be disposed, the payment is not refundable, and the customer will not be able to retrieve the items or make any claims.
For stock items, you should allow us one business day to process the order. Your item will be prepared, and ready for pickup the second business day onwards (e.g. order on Monday, pickup available on Wednesday).
Please present the purchase and order confirmation email to our staff in store for pickup.
Return Policy
Customers are notified at the time of purchase that the items sold at Bridal Room are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for double order (refer to Order Processing).
We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or defect, customers must email their concern immediately at cs@dawnjewellery.com. Refunds and exchanges are not offered for incorrect sizes (refer to Order Processing).
After Sale Service
Please retain the receipt as a proof of purchase.
If the purchased item requires cleaning service, please refer to the price table for maintenance services.
For local customers, please bring your purchased items to our local store directly. For international customers, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. We recommend using a tracked service as we do not refund and exchange items that do not reach us successfully.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dawn Jewellery (HK) Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. It is customers’ responsibility to check periodically for any changes we make to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of Bridal Room after any changes to the Terms and Conditions or other policies means your acceptance of the changes.
Entire Agreement and Admissibility
This agreement and any policies listed on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Dawn Jewellery with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any discrepancies or ambiguity between the English and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions in this agreement, the English version shall prevail.
